What does Azule Navarre Expect from its customers? · We are professionals and expect to be treated with the respect accorded to professionals. We understand that not everyone is compatible with everyone else and have no hard feelings if you find someone who fits your needs better. We expect the same consideration from our customers. · We expect prompt and easy access to all materials and data necessary in the creation of your site. We will do our best to follow the timeline, but reserve the right to extend the timeline if not provided with necessary materials in a timely manner. · We will do our best to follow the original budget and understand that there may be minor changes and additions during the work process. However, we reserve the right to modify the budget if the project is modified in any way that results in substantial increases in labor and/or materials on our part. · We try to be very accommodating with our customers. Please do not mistake our kindness for weakness and attempt to exploit it. Keep our vision of the world as a nice place full of nice people intact and we will do the same for you. What can you expect from Azule Navarre? · Whatever we fix, create, modify or in any other manner work on your site remains your intellectual property. You may have access to it at any time and may switch to another provider at any time without fear of penalty. The only exception are scripts, utilities or features that we have in our library that we created or bought for universal usage. · We will establish a timeline and give you an estimate for total cost. We will exercise due vigilance to follow the timeline and bring the project in at budget. · We will document all of our work to ensure that anyone with a modest amount of knowledge can figure out what we did. We do not condone and definitely will not engage in activities that are designed to make it difficult for a customer to change providers. My apologies to my Marketing Professors, but it just ain't right! · We will not use what we have created for you on any other site nor will we use proprietary information learned while working for you with anyone with whom you are even remotely in competition. We will be more than happy to sign a reasonable non-disclosure clause. · We will register your domain for you in your name and you will own it outright. · We will do everything in our power to give you the best quality work in the shortest possible time at the lowest reasonable price. |
